Jack Justice (Tommy "Tiny" Lister) is an LAPD cop, who is suspended from
the police force due to his reckless actions while fighting crime. Jack
travels to a Texas border town and teaches the corrupt sheriff (John
Schneider) his brand of lethal justice.
